Following consistently positive experiences with Utopia Security by BFC-affiliated General Contractors on numerous development job sites across the city, BFC Partners elected to replace a failing security company at our long-held affordable housing property at 180 Broad Street, Staten Island, NY, onboarding Utopia to serve as permanent resident security. Their ID record-keeping, reporting protocol, and relationship-building methods proved themselves quickly. We have since utilized them at a difficult, distressed Syracuse 600-unit tenant-in-place rehabilitation. We have always found their personnel quality, management reliability, judgment, and administration to be above standard for the industry. Following a series of poor outcomes with troubled tenants or outsiders at Bay Street, we are prioritizing the immediate enhancement of the security presence there with this proven entity.
